Felted Flower Brooches

In this session you will work with textile artist, Penny Dixon to make a 3-D felted flower suitable for a brooch. You will be working with unspun merino fibres and learn to lay them to make pre-felt using soap and water. You will then use felting needles and be guided how to attach the pieces and continue the magical process producing a flower with no stitching. A brooch back will be provided to stitch on at home. Please bring an old towel and a waterproof carrier bag. Suitable for beginners or those who have felted before.

Materials and refeshments are provided.

We reserve the right to cancel workshops at short notice should the minimum required attendees not be reached. Purchased tickets will be transferred to alternate events or refunded should a suitable alternative event not be found.

Customer cancellation Policy. 50% refundable up to 7 days prior to the event. No refund within 7 days unless we can refill the space, there will also be a £7 reduced refund due to the transaction costs involved.
