October 2020

It is now coming up to 4 months since we opened the doors of Warwickshire Artisans and what a wonderful time we have had!

We have been overwhelmed with the positive feedback we have received from visitors far and wide. We now have over 35 artists and makers selling their work through the shop and as most of the work is original, the stock is always changing so there will always be something new each time you visit.

On September 1st we had our first workshop. Sophie, one of our artists ran an Alcohol Ink Art workshop which was a huge success. We have since had mosaic, pewter, watercolour, silver jewellery and furniture upcycling workshops. We have lots more workshops coming up this year including willow weaving, multi-media, seasonal wreath making, art, fused glass and of course lots of Christmas inspired workshops. We have already started planning workshops for the new year including collage, weaving, needle and wet felting, more art classes/courses, various sewing classes and many more. If you have something in mind that you would like to try, please let us know and we will see if we can arrange something for you. More information about our workshops can be found here https://www.warwickshireartisans.co.uk/workshops

With Christmas fast approaching, many shops have already started to display their Christmas decorations; we have made the decision not to do this until November 1st. We will however, in the next few weeks, have a few Christmas items arriving in the shop that can be ordered now and collected nearer to Christmas. These will include unique Christmas wreaths, reusable Christmas crackers and Christmas Eve boxes.

We would like to take this opportunity thank you for your support over the last four months and we look forward to welcoming you back on your next visit!
