We specialise in crafts and artwork handmade in the UK. Due to the nature of hand crafted work, colours and sizes can vary slightly from the photographs. Please contact us if you would like to see more photos of a particular piece of work before you decide.
All prices are in pounds sterling.
Cancelling an order
If you wish to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible. If we have already posted the item you will need to follow the directions below and return the item to us.
We are sure that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, should you wish to return an item, please get in touch and let us know your name, phone number, invoice number and reason for wanting to return the item. Please wrap the item very securely, if possible in the original packaging, and return the parcel to:

Once the item has been returned in perfect condition within 28 days, we will then arrange an exchange, credit note or refund. Please understand that we are unable to pay for any postage charges – either the postage cost of sending it to you or your cost of returning it to us.
Keep the postage receipt in case of any loss or damage in transit. We cannot accept liability for lost or damaged items that you have posted back to us. If the product has not been returned to us in a fully saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement of the item.
For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on earrings, soaps.
e-Gift vouchers purchased on this website can only be redeemed online (ie. it is not possible for the recipient to use the voucher code to purchase a piece of art work from our shop in Wootton Wawen. Physical gift cards (for use in the shop) can be purchased from the shop directly, for local customers.)
e-Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase and can be personalised/scheduled to make the perfect present which arrives on someone's special day!
Redeeming gift vouchers:
Purchasing art work online: use the voucher code at checkout.
Purchasing a place on a workshop: please email us with your voucher code and the name/date of the workshop you wish to attend. We will book you onto your desired choice. The value of the workshop will be deducted from your voucher and/or an invoice for the remaining balance (should there be one) be issued separately. There is no option currently to add the voucher code at checkout for a workshop purchase at the moment.
We reserve the right to cancel workshops at short notice should the minimum required attendees not be reached. Purchased tickets will be transferred to alternate events or refunded should a suitable alternative event not be found.
Customer cancellation Policy: 50% refundable up to 14 days prior to the event. No refund within 13 days unless we can refill the space, there will also be a £7/£10 reduced refund due to the transaction costs involved (£7 reduction for half day workshops and £10 for full day).
Shipping & delivery
It can take up to 3 working days before your order is dispatched. If you need your order by a specific date please contact us before ordering and we will let you know if this is possible.
If you are not in to take delivery of your parcel, it is your responsibility to arrange a re-delivery with the postal service used. If you do not arrange a re-delivery or collect the parcel from the depot, and it is returned to us, then we will have to charge you to ship it out again.
Orders are sent to you via variety of couriers. For standard delivery, please allow 3 – 7 working days after dispatch for your order to arrive. In rare cases delivery can take a bit longer, especially during busy times of year (eg. Christmas). If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 days please get in touch.
The cost of shipping is calculated on the size of the item purchased along with postage class (2nd/1st class). Guideline prices are:
Large letter - £1.50/£3.30
Small parcel- £3.30/£5.20
Medium parcel - £5.00/£7.50
Packaging & breakages
We endeavour to reuse and recycle packaging materials wherever possible.
In the unlikely event that your order does arrive damaged or has a fault, please contact us immediately, so that we can arrange an exchange. Please do not throw the item away. Keep it in its packaging and inform us of the problem within 7 days of receiving the goods, otherwise we cannot be held responsible for damage that has occurred.
