Abstract Landscape in Acrylics

Join Emma in this full day workshop where she will guide you step by step to paint this scene in an abstract style in  acrylics. 

You will be using acrylic mediums  to create textures with palette knives, rollers  and painting on a canvas board.

In the morning you will practice elements of the painting, then progress onto the full image in the afternoon. At the end of the day your painting will be ready to frame at home.

You will learn:

Painting with palette knives, painting with acrylics, using acrylic mediums, painting in a free expressionistic style, changing an image to an abstract painting, perspective and creating distance within a painting, drawing skills and vanishing points, transferring images from photographs.

All materials are provided. 

A light lunch as well as cake and drinks are provided through-out the day

We reserve the right to cancel workshops at short notice should the minimum required attendees not be reached. Purchased tickets will be transferred to alternate events or refunded should a suitable alternative event not be found.

Customer cancellation Policy. 50% refundable up to 14 days prior to the event. No refund within 13 days unless we can refill the space, there will also be a £10 reduced refund due to the transaction costs involved.
