About the Event
In this fused glass workshop you will be given all the tools and materials required, including two glass panels to fit a 28cm tall, black steel lantern, suitable for indoor or outdoor use. By replacing two of its panels with your colourful glass creations, you will produce a unique, one-of-a-kind, functional item that can be used with a pillar candle or a set of sparkly fairy lights.
In line with the autumn season, there will be lots of richly coloured, autumn-inspired glass elements to decorate your piece, but if you prefer, you can use any colours you choose to create your panels. There is no glass cutting required in this workshop, making it ideal for beginners as well as more experienced fused glass creators. You are also more than welcome to have a go at cutting techniques during the time available.
