Beginners Linocut

Join Susan for this introduction to linocut workshop. You will be taught how to use the carving tools and the basic cutting techniques. You will spend time composing your design and you may wish to bring some of your own images to work from, however plenty of inspiration will be at hand to help you decide. You will be shown how to ink your lino block and print onto paper. You will take home the print of your linocut as well as your original carving which you can continue to print from at home. This workshop is suitable for complete beginners and those who have done it before but would like a refresh.
