Drawing Skills

This is an enjoyable session for beginners to intermediate, designed to improve your observational skills, drawing ability and confidence.

We will begin with fast paced drawing exercises followed by investigating mark making from gestural marks to linework, using tonal values to create form and shape. Developing observational skills with emphasis on the importance of lights and darks.

The day will finish with a drawing utilising the new skills you have gained.

All materials and reference images will be supplied.

Lunch will be provided by The Cow Shed cafe and refreshments are available throughout the session.
