Enamelled Copper Jewellery - Wet Packing

Spend a day learning a range of enamelling techniques in this one day workshop.

You will learn how to sift coloured enamel on to metal, using pre-cut copper blanks. You will be shown how to finish your pieces with jewellery findings to make fantastic pendants or earrings and by the end of this one-day class you will have made around 2-3 pieces. This workshop uses a different technique to the dry sifting workshop.

Christine will guide you throughout the day to enable you to create your own designs.

Suitable for beginners and those with some experience of enamelling.

All materials and tools will be provided as well a light lunch and drinks and cake!

Christine Pearson trained as a Silversmith and Jeweller and has a BA (hons) in 3D Design. She has worked as a jewellery designer and creates jewellery for commissions. Christine has over thirty years of teaching experience in a wide variety of settings, and has a PGCE in Art and Design. She currently makes her own enamelled copper and silver jewellery in her workshop in Leicester.

We reserve the right to cancel workshops at short notice should the minimum required attendees not be reached. Purchased tickets will be transferred to alternate events or refunded should a suitable alternative event not be found.

Customer cancellation Policy. 50% refundable up to 14 days prior to the event. No refund within 13 days unless we can refill the space, there will also be a £7 reduced refund due to the transaction costs involved.
