Make a Cobweb Felted Scarf

With the colder days fast approaching what could be better than making yourself a beautiful soft merino wool scarf? 

During this workshop you will learn a very light technique of laying wool to make Cobweb Felt. You will go through the process of adding soap and water and using gentle techniques of rubbing and rolling you will produce a soft but durable scarf. There will be a variety of colours to choose from and discussion of colour theory. You may also wish to add pretty silk fibres to really add a touch of luxury.

Please bring an old towel and a waterproof carrier bag. Suitable for beginners or those who have felted before.

All materials, refreshments and a light lunch are provided.

We reserve the right to cancel workshops at short notice should the minimum required attendees not be reached. Purchased tickets will be transferred to alternate events or refunded should a suitable alternative event not be found.

Full payment required on the purchase of ticket. 50% only refundable on cancellation at any time up to 14 days prior to workshop date. No refund for cancellations within 13 days unless we can fill the space and then a transaction fee of £7 will be taken off the refund.
