Three Stacking Rings

Join us on this fabulous three hour Stacking Rings workshop, where you’ll make THREE Stacking Rings from Sterling Silver (you could even make one of the bands from copper should you wish -  this makes a lovely contrast against the silver)

You’ll be guided through the whole process of making your stacking rings by your tutor. The day will start with measuring your chosen finger, then you’ll learn how to calculate the length of silver / copper needed for each ring (please note that all stacking rings will be measured for the same finger)

You will texture, and saw your metal to size, before shaping and refining, ready to be soldered. Once you’ve soldered and pickled your ring, there will be further refining and polishing to be done. You will repeat the above process for all three of your stacking rings.

Your rings will be ready to wear upon leaving the workshop. This workshop is suitable for beginners to silversmithing.

All materials and refreshments are provided as well as refreshments.

Please can we ask where at all possible that you park in the large car park at the rear of the courtyard. Thank you for you help in this.

We reserve the right to cancel workshops at short notice should the minimum required attendees not be reached. Purchased tickets will be transferred to alternate events or refunded should a suitable alternative event not be found.

Full payment required on the purchase of ticket. 50% only refundable on cancellation at any time up to 15 days prior to workshop date. No refund for cancellations within 14 days unless we can fill the space and then a transaction fee of £7 will be taken off the refund.
